These conditions aim to define the terms of distance selling between THE PRINCE AND THE FROGS and the Customer, from ordering to payment and delivery. They regulate all the steps necessary for placing the order and ensure the monitoring of this order between the contracting parties. 

By placing his order, the Customer acknowledges having read, understood and accepted the general conditions of sale. These general conditions of sale may be subject to modification, the applicable conditions are those in force on www.leprinceetlesgrenouilles.com on the date the Internet user's order is placed. 

The Client declares: 

- have the capacity to conclude this contract, that is to say, be of legal majority and not be under guardianship or curatorship, 

- do not make product purchases THE PRINCE AND THE FROGS with a view to reselling them. 

PRODUCTS 

The products offered for sale by THE PRINCE AND THE FROGS are those appearing on the site www.leprinceetlesgrenouilles.com on the day of consultation of the site by the Customer. 

The products are offered for sale while stocks last. 

The products offered for sale are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy. The information communicated on the product sheet mentions in particular the essential characteristics of the products (colors, description, composition), their price All Taxes Included, under the conditions indicated in these General Conditions of Sale. 

PRICE 

Prices are presented in euros (€) inclusive of all taxes and excluding delivery costs which remain the responsibility of the Customer unless mentioned or special conditions. 

Being a micro-enterprise, VAT is not applicable, art.  293B  of CGI ".

THE PRINCE AND THE FROGS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed. 

ORDER 

To be able to place an order, the Customer can identify or register on the website www.kenza.re by completing the “Create my account” form. The customer is not required to create an account. However, he must complete all the fields necessary for delivery and payment of the order.

Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes express acceptance of the prices displayed and descriptions of the products available for sale. In addition, the Customer declares to have read these General Conditions of Sale before placing his order. Validation of the order constitutes acceptance of these General Conditions of Sale. 

At each stage of the order, the Customer can at any time check the content of his order and have access to all the information relating to the selected products, their price, the delivery conditions, the conditions and means of payment, and the right offered to him to withdraw from his order. In order to allow the Customer to return to their order before definitively validating it, LE PRINCE ET LES GRENOUILLES has created validation and acceptance screens for the delivery and payment terms . 

Validation of the order and payment constitutes final confirmation of the order, which will be confirmed by sending an e-mail containing all the information already communicated.

Product availability: The products offered for sale on the site are announced while stocks last. As soon as a product is no longer available, it is removed from the site. However, if an order were to be placed when one or more items became unavailable, THE PRINCE AND THE FROGS will contact the Customer without delay, by e-mail or by telephone, to inform them of the unavailability of the product and the total or partial cancellation of their order. 

In the event of total cancellation of the order, the total amount of the order will not be deducted or it will be fully refunded to the account used for payment. 

PAYMENT 

Payment is made either online: 

• By credit card by Paypal
• By PayPal 

The invoice relating to the order will be included in the package containing the product(s) ordered. 

In the case of payment of the order by PayPal, the Customer with a PayPal account enters his email address linked to his PayPal account and his PayPal password. PayPal encrypts all the information that the Customer communicated to it when creating an account. 

Thus, no information other than the Customer's email address is communicated to THE PRINCE AND THE FROGS . 

Financial and personal information is automatically encrypted when sending any sensitive information to PAYPAL servers. For more information on the security of transactions carried out between PAYPAL and the Customer's banking establishment, THE PRINCE AND THE FROGS invites the latter to contact the PAYPAL company. 

In the case of an item return, the refund will be made in the form of a recredit to the PayPal account used to pay for the original order. 

The information relating to the order is subject to automated data processing, the manager of which is THE PRINCE AND THE FROGS . The purpose of this automated data processing is to define a level of analysis of a transaction and to fight against bank card fraud. 

THE PRINCE AND THE FROGS is the recipient of the data relating to the order. Failure to transmit data relating to the order prevents the completion and analysis of the transaction. 

In accordance with the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, the Customer has, at any time, a right of access, rectification, and opposition to all personal data concerning him by writing to THE PRINCE AND THE FROGS , by email and providing proof of identity. 

THE PRINCE AND THE FROGS will have complete freedom to verify the personal data provided by the Customer and to adopt the measures deemed necessary (request for supporting documents or cancellation of the order) so that the person whose bank account is debited is indeed the one who placed the order and avoid any fraudulent use of bank card numbers. 

SHIPPING FEES 

Except in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable and insurmountable event of a third party to the contract, delivery times will be 72 hours and run from the date of confirmation of the order. 

The Customer is required to check the condition of the packaging and the conformity of the product delivered, and to express any reservations, if necessary, on the carrier's delivery note. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY 

All elements of the site, whether visual or audio, including the underlying technology, are protected by copyright, trademarks or patents.
They are the exclusive property of the company THE PRINCE AND THE FROGS . The user who has a personal website and who wishes to place, for personal use, on his site a simple link referring directly to the site's home page must request authorization. In this case it will not be an implicit affiliation agreement. 

RESPONSIBILITY 

The responsibility of THE PRINCE AND THE FROGS cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or damage inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a breakdown in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses, or any fact qualifying as force majeure, in accordance with case law. 

Moreover, THE PRINCE AND THE FROGS disclaims its liability for any failure to fulfill its contractual obligations in the event of force majeure or an unforeseeable and insurmountable fact of a third party to the contract, or in the event of fault attributable to the Client not allowing THE PRINCE AND THE FROGS to carry out its obligations in the context of distance selling. 

ENTIRETY 

In the event that one of the clauses of this contract is void by a change in legislation, regulation or by a court decision, this will in no way affect the validity and compliance with these general conditions of sale.

DURATION 

These conditions apply throughout the duration of the site being online.
